How frequently is the online data refreshed or updated and how can I tell if the information is current.

The information you can access on this web site is a copy provided by the municipality. Some municipalities choose to provide us with updated data more frequently than others. Regardless, the list of towns indicates the date on which we last updated the online database for each community. Likewise, once you have selected a town for viewing, the "Online data last updated" value in the upper right corner indicates the age of the database. Keep in mind however, just because the date may be several months old does not mean the data are wrong. And conversely, just because the date is recent does not mean the data are necessarily current. In all cases, if it is critical that you have up to the minute accuracy on ownership or assessments you should contact the municipality directly. The information maintained within the municipality always supercedes that maintained online.

When I click the Print Card icon, the card displays but I can’t print it.

The Print Card icon generates a print preview in a new browser window. To actually send the document to your printer:

Limited Subscriptions run one full month from the date of purchase. You will be notified in the weeks before your subscription expires.

Standard and Enterprise Subscriptions run one year from the date of purchase. You will be notified in the weeks before your subscription expires.

When I am trying to purchase a subscription I click the Add Towns button and nothing happens.

You may need to disable the pop up blocker within your web browser.

How can I renew my subscription?

To renew your subscription by credit card, log in to the Avitar Online Database website. After selecting a town that you have a subscription to, select the My Account button located in the top right hand corner of the screen. Select the Renew Existing Town Subscription(s) link. To renew your current subscription, select the Renew Current Subscription button. To add towns or change your current subscription, select the Add Town(s) button and select the subscription that works for you.

Alternatively, you may renew your subscription by downloading and filling out the Purchase Agreement Form and mailing it in with a check.

Can I change my password or contact information?

Once logged in, select a town to which you have a subscription and click the My Account button link in the top right hand corner of the screen. Here, you can update your contact information as well as your password. Once you have finished making changes, press Save.

I purchased a subscription, can I export data?

We do not provide a function that will enable you to export or download data. However, you can select individual properties and print the card.
